Revival after Three Years: The Newport Shamrock Returns!
Get your green gear ready, lace up your running shoes, and let's celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a fun and festive half marathon, 5K and Kids Run through heart of South Beach Marina. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a lively, green-themed event, this race is for you.
Race begins at the doorsteps of Rogue Brewery in Newport, Oregon. The races will finish under the iconic Yaquina Bay Bridge. This is a beautiful course with many scenic views. The 5k course is flat, fast course - many PR!
The half marathon course offers a dynamic blend of terrain, seamlessly transitioning between paved roads and scenic trails. Runners will experience the thrill of South Beach Marina and Yaquina Bay landscapes and the serenity of nature within the same race, navigating through diverse surfaces that challenge both speed and endurance. This hybrid course promises a captivating journey, combining the exhilaration of road racing with the rugged beauty of Oregon Coast trail running.

Team Competition Rules:
- Teams must have a least three runners. There's no maximum of runners you can have.
- The first 3 team members to cross the finish line score points for the team
- The top team per race distance will win a prize
